Canasta is a card game played with 2,3, or 4 players.

If played with 2 or 3 , you each play for yourself, whereas If you play in a group of 4 you play with a partner.

Beginners are welcome - please contact the Convenor before signing up as there are many different ways to play Canasta. These are not wrong, but we can only play by one set of rules.

New members will be tutored for the first 10 weeks of the year, October till December, before joining the other members of the group.
