The Yoga classes consist of simple, basic movements which engage most of the joints and muscles in the body. You can be a complete beginner or have done some Yoga before, it is immaterial, you are just there for yourself, to enjoy the non-competitive movements and feel healthier and fitter! Attendees also learn to breathe more steadily and deeply to help with stress and anxiety and to release tensions in the body. Time is spent improving posture for long-term benefit.

All ages and both sexes are welcome. No equipment is needed except for a yoga mat, (so feet can grip well) and two good-sized towels to help with some of the movements. Prim does not include meditation or chanting in her classes. People attending will be required to complete and return a Health Questionnaire to Prim ahead of the course.
